All Malaysians irrespective race and origin should send strong protest to ISMA who shows its arrogance and ignorance towards our history. Rome is NOT built in one day, so does Malaysia. Many people has contributed to nation building everyday, and will continue their effort for the betterment of the society.
Obtuse. Dense. Ignorant. Stupid. Choose any one of these words to describe Isma and you would be spot on.
This government-sponsored organisation yesterday argued that non-Muslims have no right to get involved in any discussion on hudud and even had the temerity to question the contributions of non-Muslims
to Malaysia.
Here are just 10:
1) Non-Muslims form a significant bloc of tax-payers and this tax revenue allows the government to spend, spend and spend on frivolous and dangerous causes such as Perkasa and Isma.

No. (11) In 1969 during May 13th riot, who saved Malaya from continuous killing among Malays and Chinese? It was the Sarawak 1st Ranger (later 1st Battalion Malaysian Ranger) who consisted all Dayak and 99% were Iban. Had it not been for the 1st Ranger, just imagine how many Malays and Chinese would have perished in that racially-charged riot.
No. (12) Who saved Malaya and its inhabitants (including the grandparents of that ISMA fella) during communist insurgency 1948-1960?? Again it was the Dayak of Sarawak, all non-Muslims.
No. (13)...The list can go on and on...

Please, ISMA, you started this, so please list the contribution of Muslims to this country. On the same scale as the non-Muslims, please. And since you live subsidised lives, get low-ball entry into universities and overseas scholarships, and pay hardly any tax, you should be doing better. And don't list the Prime Ministers since 1957 when they have done nothing but cause us to underperform our potential. I can hardly think of any. So isn't it time we stopped all this skin-based privileges?

Why is the Barisan govt so afraid of losing Selangor, KL, Johor , Sarawak and Penang? These are the 'bread basket' of the Nation. Without the contributions from these states, Malaysia would be no better than Mogadishu And guess what is the common denominator of all these states? Hmmmmmmmmmm Is so obvious !!!! The Chinese

Well, without the contribution and representation of the Malaysian Chinese as interpreters, councilors and coordinators, the MH370 disaster would have turned Apocalypse for Najib and Hisham That's a certain eventuality

How about the building of the infrastructure of this country? From the JKR, Telekoms, and TNB, to many more institutions under the British, non-Malays worked hard since the 1900 to build this country!

No one is questioning the contributions of Muslim in Malaysia, in fact the contributions of all Malaysians, regardless of colour or creed should be acknowledged. Malaysian Insider is merely pointing out just how imbecile, childish, arrogant and irresponsible ISMA's statement really is. So, do you agree with me that what ISMA did is wrong? In fact, what ISMA did was in contrary to the teachings of Islam itself, and seditious in nature!

10 contributions are just too little compare to the actual contribution. Almost all cities in Malaysia are founded and build by the Chinese except Putrajaya. If not Chinese, Malaysia today are like Indonesia and Philiphine who have to send their ppl to go work as labourer or maid in other countries. If not Chinese, we wont have Khazanah and PNB or EPF taking over or buy companies or projects oversea or taking over big Chinese companies in Malaysia through Chinese taxpayers.

ISMA, we are peaceful loving Malaysians and we do not like the way you try to split us up. We are far more mature than you think as we have grown together for the past 57 years!!!
