Operations Executive

Overview
Work Locations: Bandar Utama, Damansara / Klang / Wangsa Maju / Genting First World Hotel / One Borneo Kota Kinabalu

Responsibilities
  • Assist in operations issues & monitoring of staffs’ customer service & discipline
  • Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs’ welfare & resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints
  • Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports
  • Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed
  • Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any related field or with 1-2 years of retail working experience
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Negotiating room rates/packages with corporate clients
  • Developing and implementing creative local marketing channels, including social media channels
  • Preparing company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
  • Working within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
  • Cooperating with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
  • Attending Sales events, as required
  • Producing accurate and timely reports to management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
  • Answering customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
