Responsibilities
- Assist in operations issues & monitoring of staffs’ customer service & discipline
 
- Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs’ welfare & resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints
 
- Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports
 
- Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed
 
- Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment
 
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any related field or with 1-2 years of retail working experience
 
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours
 
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Preparing company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions

- Cooperating with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
 
- Attending Sales events, as required
 
- Producing accurate and timely reports to management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
